Solution There is a temporay problem affecting several users when they try to access http://www.koptalk.co.uk - the site is online and people are on it but some of you can't obtain access.

This is because of some kind of connectivity problem on the internet and we are trying to determine where that is.

Please let us know the answers to these questions:

1) Do you see http://www.koptalk.com - if you do, please follow the instructions on there to perform a TRACERT if possible.

2) Send your TRACERT results to support @ koptalk.com - please send us your IP address also. You can obtain that here http://www.whatsmyip.org

3) Do you see http://www.joinkoptalk.com

4) If possible, contact your ISP and ask them why you cannot access http://www.koptalk.co.uk and ask them if they can perform a TRACEROUTE to determine the problem.

If none of the above makes sense to you, don't worry, just open a support ticket and we will update you on what we're doing.
