 Why have I been billed again?
Solution You have been billed again because YOU haven't administered your PayPal account and subscription properly. If you signed up via PayPal, THEY automatically renew you each year on your behalf. On PayPal's sign-up page when you join via them it says:

'Note: Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated above unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period.'

We DO NOT and CAN NOT apply for this payment manually. We DO NOT know or have access to any of your credit or debit card details.

Basically if you want to cancel your sub you need to log-in to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription(s) with us. Then you will not be billed again.

You may also have been billed if you have sent a manual payment for renewal but didn't realise you had auto-billing set-up. Simply cancel the first subscription by logging into PayPal and then contact us so that we can issue any refund that you may be due.

Should you have any problems, please give us a call or open a support ticket. If you have been rebilled and you forgot to cancel, we will refund you providing you inform us immediately.
