Solution Memberships run for 1 year. If you cancel your membership at any time during the 1 year period you are not entitled to a part refund.

If you wish to cancel your subscription when you are due to renew, simply inform us by opening a support ticket or by calling us.

When you initially joined, if you signed up via PayPal, you must login to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and cancel your subcription via them or you will be autobilled. You must cancel with PayPal before your renewal date or your sub will run for another year.
